Products Description

counting and filling machine is a minitype lab equipment which adopts advanced vibration and 8 channel, computer control, dynamic scan counting automatically. The machine with compact design is comply with the standard of GMP. The machine is easy to be operated without training. Compose the light, electric machinery to one set, which is suitable for tablet or capsule counting and filling in lab, semi-works.
This capsules counting mchine combines 16-channel counting heads over a dual-track conveyor on a single frame to double the throughput without doubling the floor space, achieving speeds up to 60 cpm based on 100-count bottles. The machine handles a wide variety of candies,both hard and soft candies of different shapes, sizes and properties.
